DIGIRINGO
Delete your DIGIRINGO account and data
Applies to the DIGIRINGO app (developer: DIGIRINGO) and
to digiringo.com. Last updated: 23 July 2026.
You can ask us to delete your DIGIRINGO account and the personal data in it at any
time, free of charge. You can also ask us to delete specific data — such as your

when it is done.

B. Delete specific data — and keep your account
You do not have to close your account to have data removed. You can ask us to delete
any of these on their own:
- your SMS and MMS messages and conversation history;
- your call history and call records;
- your voicemail recordings and greetings;
- your saved contacts and blocklist;
- the business-verification (10DLC) details you submitted.
- Send an email to support@digiringo.com
from your registered email address.
- Put
Delete my data in the subject line.
- In the message, name what you want deleted — for example “delete all my message
history” or “delete my voicemail recordings”.
- We confirm it is you within 2 business days, then delete that data within
30 days and email you when it is done.

Your account, your phone numbers and your wallet balance stay exactly as they are.
Billing records are kept for the period shown below, because tax law requires it.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted we permanently remove:
- your account and profile — name, email address, password hash, workspaces and settings;
- all SMS and MMS messages and conversation history;
- all call history and call records;
- all voicemail recordings and greetings;
- saved contacts, blocklists, forwarding numbers and number settings;
- your push-notification token and device identifiers;
- any business-verification (10DLC) details you submitted, except where a carrier
registry is required to retain them.
What is kept, and for how long
| Data | Kept for | Why |
| Billing and transaction records (amount, date, invoice) |
Up to 7 years |
Required by tax and accounting law. These records do not contain your messages or call content. |
| Carrier call and message logs (numbers, time, duration) |
As required by our telecom carrier and applicable telecom regulation |
Held by the carrier that transmitted the call or message, not usable by us to identify your account after deletion. |
| Anonymous, aggregated statistics |
Indefinitely |
Cannot be linked back to you or to any individual. |
| Security and abuse records where an investigation is open |
Until the matter is resolved |
Fraud and abuse prevention. |
Everything else is deleted. Backups are rotated out within 90 days.
Before you delete — this cannot be undone.
- Every phone number you rent is released. A released number goes back
to the carrier pool, can be given to someone else, and cannot be recovered.
- Any remaining wallet balance is forfeited and is not refundable.
- Active plans and subscriptions are cancelled.
- Your message and call history is gone — export or screenshot anything you need first.
If you only want to stop being charged, reply asking us to
cancel your plan
instead of deleting the account.
