DIGIRINGO
Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 July 2026
These Terms govern your use of DIGIRINGO, a cloud phone service that lets you rent a
phone number and make calls and send text messages from the web app and the DIGIRINGO
Android app. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
DIGIRINGO is not a replacement for your mobile carrier and does not provide
emergency calling. You cannot dial 911 or any other emergency number through
DIGIRINGO. Always keep a traditional phone or mobile service available for emergencies.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us immediately at support@digiringo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One person or business per account. Do not share credentials with people outside your organisation.
2. Phone numbers
- Numbers are rented, not sold. You do not own a number and it is not property.
- A number stays active while its plan is paid. If a renewal payment fails, the number goes past-due and may be released after the grace period. A released number cannot be recovered and may be reassigned to someone else.
- Deleting your account releases every number on it.
- Number availability, area codes and portability depend on our carrier and are not guaranteed.
3. Payment and billing
- Plans, bundles and pay-as-you-go rates are shown in the app before you buy. Prices are in US dollars.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise us to charge your saved card for renewals and for usage beyond your plan's included allowance.
- Wallet balance is prepaid credit for usage. It is not redeemable for cash and is non-refundable except where required by law.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in the app; the plan then runs to the end of the paid period.
- Charges are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate.
- Unpaid balances may result in suspension of calling, messaging and numbers.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use DIGIRINGO to:
- send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or messages to people who have not consented, or ignore STOP/opt-out requests;
- break any law, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA guidelines and carrier requirements;
- harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate or deceive anyone, or spoof caller ID unlawfully;
- distribute malware, run phishing campaigns, or trade in stolen data;
- resell the service, share a single account across unrelated businesses, or artificially inflate traffic;
- attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you transmit and for obtaining any consent
the law requires from the people you contact. We may suspend or terminate an account that
violates this section, immediately and without refund where the violation is serious.
5. A2P / 10DLC registration
US messaging requires carrier registration. Information you supply for brand and
campaign registration must be truthful and is passed to carrier registries. Registration
approval, throughput and deliverability are decided by the carriers, not by DIGIRINGO, and
registration fees are non-refundable once submitted.
6. Service availability
We work to keep DIGIRINGO available and reliable, but the service is provided on an
“as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Calls and messages depend
on internet connectivity, third-party carriers and device conditions we do not control. We
may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and we perform maintenance that can cause
downtime.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIGIRINGO is not liable for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business
or lost data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service — including missed,
dropped or undelivered calls and messages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to
the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold DIGIRINGO harmless from claims, damages and costs
(including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or
your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing
support@digiringo.com. We may suspend or
terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law or
our carrier. On termination your numbers are released and access to your data ends;
see the Privacy Policy for what is retained.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after we post them or
notify you, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance. The date at the top of
this page always shows the current version.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and forms
part of these Terms.
